So much has to be said before: It will be a lot, colorful and really delicious. Here we go!

Breakfast: Pink Flamingo Smoothie Bowl

Uaaaah, outside it is gray and uncomfortable. So I turn on the heating and decide for bright colors for breakfast. In the TK are still a few frozen strawberries frolicking. In addition there are blood oranges, vanilla and soy yoghurt, the last shadow morels and a few bananas.

The result: A thick fat Smoothie Bowl in popping pink. Monsieur Kochkarussell is so semi-inspired by the color, I think it’s terrific. Especially with the crisp pomegranate seeds, mhhhm.

In addition we approve a proper Latte Macchiato. For me, of course, with soymilk. I swear: At this moment I’m just a tiny bit jealous of the milk foam crown of the loved one.

Snack: soy latte with trail mix

Snack-Time! I do not know how you are. But I’m definitely one of those people who just can not get along with three main meals. My brain finally needs food. And my stomach. Ahhh.

So I treat myself to a soy latte and a large handful of student food. Go then.

Lunch: Buddha Bowl with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Colorful, diverse and equal in my stomach: for lunch today there is a huge Buddha Bowl.

I take a quick look at our vegetable bowl. The sweet potatoes have been around here for far too long. So I peel and throw the gaudy little fellows and give them a bath in olive oil. Curry, chilli, paprika and sea salt are all my favorite marinade.

Have you ever tasted Roasted Sweet Potatoes? I tell you, they are the absolute blast! Crunchy and spicy and mhhhmmm.

While the treats slide in the oven, there is enough time to cook spelled and pomegranate a pomegranate.

There are olives, dried tomatoes, ruccola and sesame. Can you imagine that I was in the kitchen for only 30 minutes for this feast of a Buddha Bowl? I can hardly believe it myself. Aaaaaber: Really true!

And you know what? I could swim in it!

Dinner: Roasted Sweet Potato, Avocado & Bread

Ok, I admit. I just ate a piece of chocolate. I swear it was gone so fast. I could not take a picture. You know, always this delicious chocolate.

Now there is dinner. Luckily there are some sweet potatoes left. There are olives, an avocado and good bread from the bakery. Quick made, filling and the perfect end to a delicious day.
