Quite among us: I’m not really the Challenge guy. The Ice Bucket Challenge was too cold for me and any kind of fitness challenge is just too exhausting for me (although, summer is coming, maybe I should, ummm …). But when suddenly the REWE delivery service comes with three surprise bags in front of the door, then I’m on fire.
It’s like this: The order has given up for me the dear Flo of Flooorrriii . My task was to conjure up an ostertaugliches recipe from it. THAT is what I call a challenge to my taste!
Curious what Flo surprised me with? Let me tell you:
The three big bags were full of yoghurt, avocado, cherry tomatoes, leaf spinach, whipped cream, organic eggs, spinach ricotta tortellini, parmesan, Greek yoghurt, pretzel sticks, butter croissants, black pepper, salt , ground almonds, pine nuts, chocolate, coconut oil, baking cocoa and olive oil.
Great, is not it? Especially the spinach ricotta tortellini had done to me immediately and in combination with cherry tomatoes, spinach, cream and Parmesan it was quickly clear that it will go to Bella Italia.
