Thai soup with coconut and chicken

Today’s soup proves that fast and suitable for daily use does not have to be boring or even tasteless. In the Thai soup with coconut and chicken crisp Asian vegetables and juicy chicken take a bath in creamy coconut milk. Ginger, chilli and curry paste give a pleasant sharpness, which blends wonderfully with the exotic aromas. Best of all: this sweetheart is on the table in 20 minutes!

Is there anyone who does not love Ruckizucki recipes? Fresh, fast and full of flavor, that’s the way I like it best. After all, there is nothing more practical than a good collection of recipes suitable for everyday use , which can be accessed quickly and easily if needed.
It was exactly such a recipe that I needed a few days ago. When the sweetheart comes home hungry after his long day at Unitag, I always try to have a delicious snack for him. But hungry men are really not to be joked about, so this week I cooked the Thai soup a little bit after this recipe for us.

I emphasized his casual, “Oh, just soup?” But after the first spoon there was a satisfied nod and after he had spooned out the second bowl full of enjoyment, was my “Well, just soup?” With a big grin and a joyful “Nooo, who said that?” Acknowledged. So what!
