Small confession in advance: Perhaps it could be that the man and I have already arrested four sheets of these delicious bullets this Christmas season. But honestly. With super delicious and especially UNBELIEVABLE simple Christmas biscuits, which can also be perfectly just in between baking, you can not resist, right?
Let’s do this, these Chocolate Peanut Balls will love you!
In the run-up to Christmas, I’m always in such a mood that I have to bake my buck. Really nice with my girls and Christmas music and yes, a good punch may also be very much in the game. Problem: Most of the recipes are just too complicated for me (you know me). If the list of ingredients consists of 15 things, my enthusiasm for the recipe drops quite a bit. Then chill dough for another hour and make it crazy? Thank you!
But luckily there are also recipes that are the exact opposite. Super easy (5 ingredients!), A bowl and just 20 minutes to enjoy. Okay, if we still want to crown the chocolate peanut balls with chocolate and chopped peanuts, it will take a little longer. But this recipe is so easy that you can do it quickly with your kids or three mulled wine.
Oh by the way: The balls are also perfect as a Christmas gift from the kitchen. Pretty wrapped in a jar or a cookie jar and with a thick bow around it and your loved ones are guaranteed. By the way, is also perfect as a last minute souvenir. Of course I do not say that I ever need last minute presents. Is it clear, right?
And as if all that was not cool enough, I have a very special bonus for you: For the chocolate-peanut biscuits you only need ingredients that you with Safety anyway already at home. In addition to peanut butter (Team Crunchy!) And nut nougat cream you take an egg, baking powder and good flour.
To make the balls perfectly fluffy-juicy, I used the wheat flour Type 405 from Diamant. The all-round talent is particularly suitable for your Christmas baking. And if you’re still unsure if you can take some flour for your recipe, Diamond has come up with something super practical. With the flour finder, you can simply look at the front of the pack, for which your flour is best suited. Pretty bad, was not it?
So my dears, but now finally in the kitchen and ran to the balls! You deserve it.
I hope you will love this recipe!
