We pay half the fortune on the market for the globular flowers and they grow like weeds. Just everywhere. And immerse the island in a blue sea of flowers. God, that sounds a bit cheesy now, but I swear, that’s right!
With so many things to discover for us, you can imagine with certainty that we will be happy after every trip and above all have come home hungry. Cook for a long time? No way! The solution: you guessed it. Summery vegetable sandwiches with grilled zucchini and feta!
Let’s talk about the perfect sandwich for a moment. The most important thing about a good sandwich? Cheese. A truckload of melted cheese, to be exact. Summer vegetable sandwich with grilled zucchini and feta
Portions : 4

Washing Zucchini, Cut in half and cut lengthwise into strips. Brush from both sides with a little butter and grill in the sandwich maker from both sides for about 1 to 2 minutes. If necessary, clean sandwich maker with a damp kitchen towel.
