Oh. My. God. This quiche!
The Spinach Feta Quiche without Soil is by far the most delicious quiche that has ever left my oven.
Bonus: The fast dinner is low carb, spicy and damn good.
So what are you waiting for?
Let’s dream together for a minute.
Spinach with onion pieces. Feta. Crunchy dough.
Does not that sound outrageously good?
I tell you: The spinach-feta-bottomless quiche has already made it to the Olympus of my favorite Quiches EVER at the first test.
And it gets better. For the low carb treat you only need seven ingredients and 10 minutes of preparation time. After that, the quiche is put in the oven for 40 minutes and the light deluxe dinner is ready!
Okeee, I admit it. Without ground is a bit cheated. Of course, this quiche needs a crunchy bottom that holds the delicious filling together.
But: We are not talking about the normal quiche soil of flour, butter and egg. No, dear ones, we treat ourselves to an extra-thin Low Carb Onion Cake and the Zucchini Corn Quiche without Ground crispy Yufka dough. This floor is much lighter than the normal version and yet extra-light.
I hope you will love this quiche without bottom!

Whisk eggs and milk until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Give over the spinach. Finally, crumble the remaining feta over it.
Bake the quiche for 35-45 minutes until the mass has stabilized and the feta is golden brown. Enjoy.
