It all starts with you cooking al dente noodles. Meanwhile, bacon the bacon in a large pan for crispy-delicious perfection. The simple spaghetti carbonara is finished in 20 minutes and incredibly creamy.

In the meantime roast bacon in a large pan, set aside.
Whisk eggs, cream and Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add noodles directly from the pasta water to the bacon in the pan and add the egg mixture. Mix everything, then stir at very low heat while stirring until the sauce starts to dress. Taste again and enjoy.
