Here’s how it works
First you cut the puff pastry into 12 pieces and carve a border into each piece. Then you stab a few times with the fork in each piece, so that the puff does not inflate so much when baking. Salmon puff pastries made from 4 ingredients
Salmon puff pastry with herb cream cheese and lemon juice. 4 ingredients, simple and delicious!
Portions : 12

Puff pastry (200g)
Herbal Cream Cheese
- Poss. Dill for decoration
A baking tray with Cover the baking paper and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut puff pastry into 12 equal pieces. Gently scrape a border into each square with a knife and prick several times with a fork. Spread on the baking tray and brush with water.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. If the puff pastry bites puff up, just push down with a wooden spoon. As soon as the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven.
Let cool briefly, then spread with cream cheese. Distribute the salmon evenly on the appetizers and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste. Garnish with lemon quarters and dill. Enjoy.
