Salbeignocchi with tomatoes from the pan

Good morning dear ones!

Actually, I wanted to tell you about my Macaron adventures today. Unfortunately it did not turn out yesterday, unfortunately, because there was so much to do.

Therefore, I thought that I would like to show you another favorite recipe of the brand “I have HUNGER and now I need something delicious to eat, fast!”.

In the Salbeignocchi with Tomatoes , if the water boils, it takes at most ten minutes to shovel a large portion onto the plate.

As already mentioned here I love such lightning recipes during the week, so what better way to get home than starving a bear and to have a finished meal on the table after 15 minutes? ?
Incidentally, the plate is a souvenir from Paris and I am in love with it all. I bought it at Maisons du Monde , a wonderful store. Once back in the homeland, I’ve investigated the same time, there is a German online shop with all the nice things that you could discover there in the store. The only downside is that you can order, for example, plates online only in sets of six, in France you could buy everything individually and mix as desired.

So, now to the recipe!

The next few days, it’s going to be great, weather wise. So far, the sun has not fought our way through the clouds, but that’s sure to happen during the day.

I’m really looking forward to catching a few sunbeams before we slowly but surely have to make friends with autumn.

Enjoy the last days of summer and love yourselves ,
