-In the meantime, heat 1 tbsp butter in a large pan. Fry the garlic in it for a few seconds, then add green asparagus and fry for 5-7 minutes. Put out of the pan on a large plate.
Heat the remaining butter in the pan and fry the shrimps for about 4 minutes from each side until they are nicely pink and have no more gray spots.
Season the finished quinoa with lemon juice and a little salt. Give the asparagus to the shrimp. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
