There are days when I just do not feel like cooking.
I’m completely broken and bear-hungry home. Now cut a long time? Please do not!
Rescue in the culprit?
Fast Flammkuchen with peach, goat’s cheese and honey .
For me, the cooking motivation is always particularly low when I have really exhausted myself during sports. Crimson head, ruffled hair and eggs legs included.
Then I just want to plop on the sofa, let the evening fade away and not – I do not repeat – long standing in the kitchen.
On such days I love the quick tarte flambée with peach, goat cheese and honey.
I like to describe the treat like this:
Crunchy flame cake dough cuddles under a blanket of hearty goat cream cheese. Then juicy peach slices, rosemary and a little freshly ground pepper make it cozy.
Sounds pretty good, right?
And now I’ll tell you something. The tarte cake is easypeasy. That’s right, really easy.
The basis for Flammmkuchen is of course the dough. Very fumigated always have a portion of homemade Flammkuchenteig in stock. Hard-working people make the dough themselves.
All others can rely on good, ready-made flame-cake dough on lazy days.
For the perfect blend of hearty and sweet, you sprinkle the flame-cake batter with goat cream cheese. Then you distribute juicy peach slices, rosemary and pepper.
Would you have thought that you only need 5 minutes for the entire preparation?
