Seriously. This pumpkin spaghetti. You NEED them in your life! ?
In Pumpkin Pasta with Bacon and Sage , we speak of noodles cuddling in unbelievably creamy pumpkin sauce. The whole gets wonderfully flavored with garlic and sage garnished in butter and chilli flakes with just the right amount of spiciness. Oh, and had I already mentioned the crispy bacon cubes?
Soulfood-heaven we come!
Hand on heart? Sometimes I absolutely do not live up to my own recipes.
It is like this: with more than 400 recipes, I can not keep up with cooking with the best will. I mean, I love them all absolutely warm and heartfelt. But because I’m constantly working on new recipes and often inspire with friends and abroad to inspire, even the tastiest blog recipes are now and then forgotten.
Luckily, there are days when I look at the fridge from a half, most neglected Hokkaido.
And what does Madame find in the Pinterest research for a good use? Her own recipe for Creamy Pumpkin Pasta . Uh yes, I could have come up with it myself.
Anyway, thanks to the super short list of ingredients, I had all the ingredients at home and could start right away. And because we also had ham cubes and the combination of salty-spicy, crispy ham and creamy, very slightly sweet pumpkin pasta sounded so damn seductive in my head, I have granted the tasty Soulfood spontaneously a delicious update.
World Class Decision!
