Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and prick several times with a fork. Distribute mozzarella evenly on the dough. Bake for about 15 minutes until the dough is cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, remove from the stalk and slice. Spread the slices on the tart, sprinkle with oregano and basil and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
