Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Place puff pastry on a baking tray. Cover with Miree caramelized onions, leaving a 1 cm wide rim all around.
Peel shallots, cut in half and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Slice goat’s cheese. Distribute mushrooms and goat’s cheese on the cream cheese. Wash the thyme, shake dry and spread on the tarte.15 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and crispy.
