Pizzadillas are the fast and healthy alternative to pizza ,

Spread Tortillas generously with tomato paste. Sprinkle with oregano.
Finely chop the pepper and onion. Mix in a bowl with the cheese and possibly other toppings.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat without fat. Put in the tortilla and cover one half with one fifth of the filling. Flip the second half over and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes.
Turn the tortilla and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese has run dry.
Repeat for the rest of the pizza pizza.
With a second pan, pizza pizza production goes down so fast again.
