After my One Pot Pasta Master Recipe arrives so well, I feed myself once through One Pot Pasta Wonderland. Of course, only for research purposes.
My latest creation: One Pot Mexican Pasta . With avocado. And corn. And coriander.
Oh. My. God. Yes!
For those who do not yet know the holy grail of the after-work kitchen:
The principle behind One Pot Pasta is conceivable simply .
As the name suggests, you put all the ingredients together in one pot. While pasta and sauce diligently limp in front of you, your only task is to stir every two minutes.
After ten minutes, the cuddly Soulfood is ready and you are rewarded with a large pot brimming with Pastaglück.

One Pot Mexican Pasta

Calories per serving : 772 kcal
- Cheese of your choice
Spaghetti break through in the middle and place in a large pot.
Cut onions and garlic into thin strips. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and paprika powder to the pot.
Pour over the boiling vegetable broth. Add Sriracha sauce and olive oil.
Cook with the lid closed for about 10 to 11 minutes. Stir every two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dice the avocado and chop the coriander. Add together with the cheese to the pasta and enjoy.
