Okayyy’s friends. For this recipe you only need 8 ingredients and 15 minutes preparation time.
We’re talking about chocolate chips peppered with chocolate chips, covered in melted chocolate. So incredibly good and simple and perfect to make you and others happy!
But now to the big question: What do you need for decadent delicious cookie dough, which nevertheless consists of good ingredients? Quite simply:
- Almond flour .
- Coconut flour .
- Maple Syrup.
- Peanut butter or other nut butters of your choice.
- vanilla extract.
- Chocolate chips.
You see, we’re using a few more unusual ingredients for this treat.
There would be almond flour and coconut flour . I’m really wondering how I could do without these blast ingredients for so long. Of course, they are definitely a bit more expensive than other baking ingredients. But I swear, the purchase has already paid off for this one recipe! Almond flour is made from 100% ground almonds and coconut flour from ground coconut meat. No nonsense, only (coconut) nut power at its best. Also important is vanilla extract. Please do yourself a favor and invest in extract. Vanilla flavor is often too sweet and tastes different. Vanilla extract can be found as a vial, for example in the bakery department of large supermarkets. No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars
No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars! This 8-ingredient recipe is decadent rich, vegan and incredibly delicious. Raw biscuit coated with melted chocolate. Arrives guaranteed good!

Mix almond flour, coconut flour and salt in a medium bowl. Maple syrup, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 4 tablespoons peanut butter and vanilla extract in a second bowl.
Add the liquid ingredients to the solid ingredients and mix to a smooth Cookie Dough. Fold in 50 g of chocolate chips.
Pour the dough into a small baking tin covered with baking paper and press down with your hands. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Place coconut oil, peanut butter and remaining chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt for 30 seconds, stir and distribute evenly on the dough.
Stir in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
Airtight, the bars keep themselves in the fridge for a few days.
