You make a sticky base out of dates and peanut butter. To do this, puree dates and peanut butter with a little water and then add the remaining ingredients. And we speak of the best muesli, chia seeds and salted pistachios. Oh YES baby, that’s how decadent power breaks!

Berry Pistachio Energy Bites

Dates in half and remove seeds. Puree with the peanut butter. For this purpose, a kitchen machine or a hand blender is suitable. Add salt and chia seeds. Add the water by the spoonful until the mixture stirs well.
Muesli and chopped pistachios. Mix everything well and refrigerate for at least one hour in the fridge.
From the mass, form about 20 balls. Eat immediately or refrigerate for up to a week in the refrigerator.
