I think my postman finds me a bit … let’s say weird. When I grabbed him a beautiful little package from his hands, blissfully grinning last week, his eyes spoke volumes. Never mind Mister Postman! You could not have guessed that I had participated in mail from my kitchen for the first time. It goes without saying that there was great joy and of course I could not wait any longer.
What can I say, ratzfatz the package was unpacked and I happy: my exchange partner Barbara from the blog bs. laced me with an absolute pampering package. Bordered with cookies, the finest drinking chocolate, cereal, delicious coconut chocolates and little surprises. There was also a homemade recipe booklet, great I tell you! Here you can admire the contents of Barbara’s package!
Of course, I wanted to spoil Barbara after such a great Packerl also properly. That’s why I spent a whole day digging in the kitchen with lots of steaming tea, Christmas music and a truckload of baking ingredients (just kidding). It was melted, stirred, kneaded and worked what the stuff holds. These are the treats:
- White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies
- Sugar Snow Covered Coconut Pine
- Oreopops Covered with White Chocolate
- Peanut Butter Granola
The recipes I show you in the next few days gradually. After all, you should never shoot your powder all at once, wa. Look forward to the Coconut Trees and Oreopops, easy, fast and good. Incidentally, the dear Barbara has already written to me that she was very happy about my package. Mission completed.
Here in the north, currently hurricane Xaver is in trouble. With us the snow storm is going straight into continuous rain. How good that I can sit in the warm apartment. I hope you all have it warm and cuddly while the storm is passing by.
Take care and do not blow yourself away
