Mozzarella Chicken in Tomato Sauce
This quick 6-ingredient recipe is low carb, hearty and topped with a thick cheese crust! So easy and so good.
Chicken breast fillets
EL Italian herbs dried
EL paprika powder sweet
EL olive oil
EL mozzarella grated
- salt and pepper
Oven Preheat to 200 degrees Grill.
Mix chicken breast fillets with Italian herbs, paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large, ovenproof pan. Roast chicken from both sides for about 5 minutes until it is almost cooked. Add tomato sauce and add 2 tbsp mozzarella to each fillet.
Grill in the oven on the upper level for 5-7 minutes until the cheese crust is golden brown. Enjoy hot.
