Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Are you so into peanut butter? So I can not really get the tasty stuff at the moment. I constantly think about where I can cheat a two spoonful of peanut butter.

My latest coup is Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies . Not too sweet, wonderfully peanut buttery and with a good portion of chopped peanuts.

Top class: if you use vegan peanut butter, the cookies are even vegan !

Two-Ingredient Cookies + Peanut Butter = Great Cookie Love

Remember to the Two-Ingredient Cookies ? The healthy snack consists only of banana and oatmeal. During the last baking, I thought to myself, “Just pepper the cookies with some peanut butter!”

The first attempt was good, but not enough peanut buttery for my taste.

So the second time I gave the peanut butter cookies a little more peanut butter and a few chopped peanuts – perfect. Not too sweet, with a fine peanut butter note and crunchy peanuts, that’s what healthy cookies must be.

The perfect use for brown bananas

Cookies only need three bananas, oatmeal, Peanut butter and a few peanuts. The bananas should be very ripe as they sweeten the cookies. You have some brown candidates that need urgent processing? Then just cook a big sheet of cookies!

I’ve used creamy peanut butter, the crunchy variant aha, I seem to be using youth language right now, does anyone know a better word for it? fits but at least as well.

Instructions
