Green asparagus with bacon and corn salad

I’ve already told you about my Rhubarb Pleasure last week, but I’ll bet most of you are still looking a tiny bit more into the [ 19459003] asparagus season , right?
Finally she is back, the spring air in bars! We prefer to squeeze the royal vegetables in the form of green asparagus with bacon and lamb’s lettuce , fast, tasty, spring-like!

Green asparagus and crispy bacon, does not that sound like pure spring on your plate? Compared to its big brother, the white asparagus, the green asparagus convinces with its sweet, almost sweet flavor. A wonderful contrast to the crispy hearty bacon.

Very practical is of course that the green asparagus does not demand so much attention from us. Husch husch peeled the lower third, already the green rods can be processed.
Fits me very good right now, because the exam preparation takes me completely in fog.
But I do not want to complain, Thursday it’s done. Social life, I’m coming! Kitchen, I’m so looking forward to you!

For the dressing I can only give you approximate information, because the wonderful recipe I have from my mom, the a typical “oh i just take a bit of this and a bit of it” cook is.

For safety’s sake you can just use your favorite dressing, it just should not be too sweet.
