      Chicken breast fillet

      Cucumber

      Tzatziki
  •   Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. [ 19459001] Peel garlic and onion. Finely chop the garlic, cut the onion into thin rings.
  2. Mix garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp natural yoghurt, lemon juice and oregano into a marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the chicken breasts well, then marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile cook the rice according to the packing instructions. Wash cucumber and tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the cucumber cubes with the remaining 2 tablespoons yogurt and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and dill.

  4. Heat some olive oil in a large pan. Drain the chicken breast fillet and place in the pan, fry crispy on both sides.

  5. Split and enjoy rice, vegetables, meat and tzatziki on a plate.
