Friends, today we have a date with ourselves! Oh yes, today we do it really well and just celebrate US. What we need for this? Of course, a decadently good dinner!
This is where my beloved Gnocchi with pesto scampi comes into play. May I Introduce:
- Fluffy Soft Gnocchi
- Juicy, crunchy prawns extra flavorful due to green pesto
- Even more Green Pesto [ 19459008] with thick pieces of parmesan and pine nuts
- Melted tomatoes
- Good olive oil
In addition a few candles and a glass of Vino and the most beautiful, delicious date can begin. Because we are worth my love!
What I love about this gnocchi recipe is that it’s decadently good and yet super easy.
The preparation consists basically only of 3 simple steps .
First, make sure the shrimp are extra flavorful. You give them in a bowl and mix them with a few spoons of green pesto. Tip: I love LOVE this pesto and am absolutely convinced that it pays to put a few euros more on the table. Next, season the shrimp with some salt and pepper. Then fry them for a few minutes until they turn pink and a little crispy. Done.
Now it’s time for remaining ingredients. She cooks the gnocchi in plenty of salt water al dente and Knobi and roasts tomatoes in the pan, in which the shrimp were allowed to crush before.
Finally, you give the poured gnocchi, shrimp, more pesto and basil in the pan and mix everything. Done is your dinner deluxe.
You have crushed the last scampi and you are full and satisfied? Then, from my own experience, I can now recommend the following things to you in exactly this order:
1. Apply your favorite mask and listen to really good music.
2. Muckle you with a great book on the sofa and finally read a round again.
3. Enjoy a good dose of Schoki or another treat of your choice. I mean, it’s your evening, after all.

Simple Gnocchi with pesto scampi
The incredibly good gnocchi with pesto scampi are quick, easy and delicious!

- Salt & Pepper
[ 19459001] Mix the scampi with 2 large tablespoons of green pesto, salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Fry the scampi in it for about 2 minutes from both sides until they turn pink and a bit crunchy. Put out of the pan on a plate.
Gnocchi cooked according to package instructions al dente.
Heat the remaining tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and crush the chopped garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add gnocchi, remaining pesto and scampi. Mix everything well, season again and enjoy.
