I love cookies.
There is only one tiny problem. Waiting for the dough gets me done. While the dough is slumbering in the fridge, I prefer to kill a) a bar of chocolate or b) the pack of biscuits that have been in the pantry forever.

For dough, it is important that you follow the recipe step by step. I’m also one of the people who want to miss each recipe “their own touch”. But not when baking, Kinners! That’s about quantity ratios.
If the dough is still too soft, just let it stand for a few minutes. In time, the butter becomes firm and you can start.
Rolls the dough into balls, spreads them on a baking tray and spits each ball up with a few extra chocolate pieces …
… Bakes the cookies until the rim just becomes firm and a bit crunchy. The middle may still be soft.
And if you manage not even to nibble a tiny bit of the warm chocolate chip cookies with sea salt, you’ll get a medal from me. At least. It is practically impossible!
Important for really good chocolate chip cookies? Really good chocolate!
I have teamed up with Planète Chocolat for this recipe. The Belgian chocolate factory (Oh my God, yes!) Has absolutely stolen me with their goodies from the stool. You know that I’m a little chocolate fan. And honestly. In this life, one or two bars of chocolate have landed in my stomach.
But so good chocolate? Wrong!
And the chocolates are by far the most delicious chocolates I have ever eaten. Had I not knelt over the package on the floor, I would certainly tilted from the chair.
I confess: for a tiny moment I wondered where to hide the parcel before my Herr Koch carousel. Because these little things are so delicious that I find it rather difficult to share them. But of course I am an extremely strong, nice and able-bodied friend. And besides, I know now where to get supplies.
Of course, the chocolates are not cheap. But: this taste! Holy cow! For that I like to put a few more Monetas on the table. And I’m sure: after the first bit, too.
Fast, easy and packed with thick chocolate pieces – you’ll love the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt.
