Friends of the Sun, for this divine garlic-cheese-pluck bread I have surrendered to my final opponent.

Well, can you imagine what I’m talking about? Exactly, yeast. There are supposed to be people for whom yeast dough is absolutely easypeasy. Let me put it this way: less for me. And if then also a super dear friend of a trained baker and you want to bite the baked goods in no case, it says: Pressure is hiiigh.

And here it comes. Believe it or not, I would not have had any jitters. The dough for this plucked bread is something of easypeasy that you really can not go wrong!

Let’s briefly analyze the Zupfbrot situation, ok?

From the ingredients, the bread is absolutely simple, you need yeast, sugar, flour, garlic, eggs, butter, olive oil, cheese and lots of fresh basil. So in the best case only ingredients that are already in your pantry anyway.

And this bread! It all starts with a golden-brown, cheese-coated crust, which, piece by piece, is pulled apart to release perfectly fluffy, soft wheat bread that is criss-crossed with garlic butter. Hearty, spicy and crumb from the corner of your mouth licking well!

Small note on the edge.

This grill bread is definitely not in the 15-minute recipe category. Means: The bread needs a little preparation. Namely kneading preparation in the sense of dough, let it go for an hour, bring it into shape and let it go for another half an hour. But. This divine garlic, fluffy bread rewards you twice and thrice and fivefold for the wait.

Apropros: As for the simple cheese cake with strawberries I have for this recipe the wheat flour Type 405 from my great cooperation partner used diamond. This is not only great for sweet things, but also for bread. If you prefer a bit more wholegrain, I can also recommend you the dark wheat flour Type 1050. Either way: The brand flour of diamond or Aurora, gold powder, rose flour or Gloria (the flours are sold regionally) can be found in every well-stocked supermarket!
