For this I have brought a fix asparagus recipe today, which is wonderful as a light dinner. I tell you, Fried Green Asparagus with Garlic is not only a treat for Knobi fans!
If you want to fry the asparagus as a whole, you use best thin asparagus spears. These cook much faster and are nice and tender. To be on the safe side, you can cut the asparagus into rough pieces. For frying is a large flat pan, in which all asparagus spears have space.

- Parmesan to taste
The Peel the lower third of the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Finely chop the garlic
Cut the asparagus into chunks
Heat the olive oil in a large, coated pan and stir-fry the asparagus for about 6 minutes over medium heat fry
Add garlic and fry for another 5 minutes until the asparagus is tenderly browned and cooked
