      large baguette rolls
  •   Olive oil
  •   1
  •   Juice of half a lime
  •   3
  •   30-50
  •   Parsley
  •   salt and pepper


  1. Baguette rolls halve lengthwise and sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil

  2. Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and crush the avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Drizzle the lime juice over it and mix well so that the avocado cream does not turn brown

  3. Cut the figs into thin slices

  4. Brush the baguette halves with avocado cream and covered with figs. Pluck Gorgonzola into small pieces and spread on the figs
