Oven on 165 Preheat degree. Lay out a quiche dish with the dough pieces.
Dice the onions very finely. Stew the onions and bacon in a large pan at medium temperature for a few minutes.
In the meantime mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Allow onions and bacon to cool briefly, then add to the bowl. Mix everything well.
Place the filling in the prepared form. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Enjoy with fresh parsley.
In case of great hunger, the filling can also be doubled well. Then best use a round cake pan. Adjust baking time accordingly.
