Here’s how it works

For the fast chicken soup , you first take care of the chicken breast fillet. After you have washed the filet and dabbed dry, you give him a load of salt and pepper. Once the meat is ready, take it out of the broth and put the vegetables, pasta and the remaining broth in the pot. Now vegetables and pasta only have to be cooked. Fast chicken soup. For this recipe you only need chicken breast fillet, chicken broth, soup vegetables, pasta, salt and pepper. So easy and soothing!

  1. Chicken breast fillet Wash and pat dry. Season well with salt and pepper, then strain into 1 liter of chicken broth for 12 minutes. The broth should not cook.

  2. In the meantime, clean the soup vegetables. Cut carrots and celeriac into small cubes, cut leeks into rings. Chop parsley.

  3. Once the meat is cooked, remove from the broth and add the remaining broth, carrots, celery and pasta. Simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes until the pasta is done.

  4. Meanwhile, cut the meat into cubes or pick it up with a knife and a fork. Add leek and meat. Simmer again for two to three minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Serve with parsley.
