This simple recipe for chicken fritters is perfect for kids and those who love Soulfood!

Ingredients

      Chicken breast fillet
  •   750
      ml
      Chicken broth
  •   250
      g
      Carrots
  •   250

      White asparagus
  •   150

  •   2

Instructions

  1. Chicken breast fillet brush. Heat chicken stock in a large saucepan. Simmer chicken breast for 20 minutes.

  2. Peel carrots and asparagus and cut into small pieces. Add the carrots and asparagus to the chicken 7 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

  3. Bring chicken from the broth and finely dice. Pour broth through a strainer, collecting in a bowl.
