Chicken breast fillet brush. Heat chicken stock in a large saucepan. Simmer chicken breast for 20 minutes.
Peel carrots and asparagus and cut into small pieces. Add the carrots and asparagus to the chicken 7 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Bring chicken from the broth and finely dice. Pour broth through a strainer, collecting in a bowl.
