Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon . 1945

Honey mustard chicken with bacon – Here’s how it works
For the honey mustard chicken with bacon, we first touch, exactly, the marinade. For this we mix honey, good lions mustard medium mild, garlic and a spoonful of olive oil. A little more salt, then the chicken is allowed to absorb the full honey-mustard flavor. Next, we brutally bacon the bacon. Now all we have to do is brown the chicken from both sides, add the rest of the marinade and simmer with cream to a creamy perfection.
And now imagine you’re making a fancy pre-Christmas dinner and serving your loved ones this treat. You already marinate the chicken and then in the evening you only have to roast the meat and add marinade and cream. Maybe a couple of fresh potato wedges and fresh lamb’s lettuce and I’ll bet you that you catapult your guests directly into the pre-Christmas sky!

Creamy Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon
This quick and easy recipe is creamy, juicy and really good!
Portions : 4 Portions
e.g. Lion Mustard Medium Tender Mild
Chicken breast fillets
- Parsley for garnish
Baked potatoes and beans
Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix together with honey, mustard and olive oil in a large bowl and salt. Mix chicken ready-to-serve chicken breasts with marinade, set aside and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Fry the bacon in a large skillet at medium temperature until crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain on a kitchen towel.
Drain the chicken breast fillets, then fry in the bacon fat on both sides for 4 minutes each. Add the remaining marinade and cream and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with a little more mustard.
With side dishes of your choice.
You can marinate the meat wonderfully just a few hours in advance and let it fry in the fridge until fry. So it gets even more flavor. Tasty baked potatoes and green beans are delicious.
