Vegetables of your choice
e.g. Carrots, peppers, eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, corn …

Wash vegetables, clean and cut into bite sized pieces. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or in ovenproof form. Slice halloumi and place on the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
Bake the baked vegetables for about 25 to 35 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy.
Preheat oven to 210 degrees upper-lower heat.
