People, we’re talking about an absolute A tin miracle!

For this quick dinner you just put all your vegetables on a baking tray, top it all with salty-delicious Halloumi and finally add a little olive oil over it. Add salt, pepper and fresh herbs, and let it all go to the oven. And schwuppsdiwupps, after 30 minutes, the vegetables are wonderfully crispy, the cheese golden brown and your dinner ready to enjoy.

Very briefly to the info: This recipe is not an exact guide to which you have to keep step by step. You get much more a rough concept, with which you can easily conjure the oven vegetables of your dreams.

Okidoki, we would have clarified that before. Then it goes on now with the actual star of the show. Alsooo. Everything starts with the colorful oven vegetables with Halloumi, exactly, with a large load of vegetables of your choice. This is very convenient because you can destroy the vegetable remains in the fridge in one go.

I’ve had peppers, zucchini, carrots and peas, for example, from the last recipe production, so they’ve come to the tin. And because of course I could not pass by the fancy Japanese eggplants in snake form when shopping, they were allowed to do so. The things look pretty crazy, right? Tastes but actually quite normal. Anyway, you know, I’ve cleared out the vegetable compartment in the fridge.

Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper and herbs to taste.

Yeah, looks pretty good.

But now comes the cheesy-delicious highlight: Halloumi . The salty grill cheese is crispy in the oven from above and delicious, while maintaining its wonderful, slightly squeaky consistency.

And then comes the real king discipline: with every fork two to three vegetables plus a piece of Halloumi aufpieksen. That’s how you get the perfect taste experience from hearty, salty, a little greasy, vegetable and just blatantly good.

Hachihach, so delicious can be easy! 1945
