The best cookie baker in the world? Definitely my grandma ! Every year she fills a whole room with tons of different cookies. Everywhere large and small biscuit tins pile up, which magically attract all the children of the family. Also for me it is since I am a little girl year by year the biggest thing to put my nose in every cookie jar. And after that, of course, to approve one, two, three tastings. Does one have to check whether the cookies can keep up with those of the previous year? I especially like to nibble grandma’s coconut macaroons , a little dream of coconut and wafers, topped by an almond.
It was exactly these seductive coconut macaroons that I wanted to make for my PAMK package. Unfortunately, unfortunately, my macaroons are nowhere near the splendid specimens of my grandmother. Some things Omis just better, so had an alternative.
The Coconut Fir Trees are perfect if you want to quickly conjure up some delicious eye-catchers for the Cookie Plate . They are done in no time, the ingredients are always in the house and the production is very easy. Do you want to try it? Then quickly noted the recipe:

Oven on 170 Preheat degree. Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Knead the coconut flakes, sugar, egg whites, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl until they form a malleable mass. Now bake the coconut fir trees for about 12 minutes until they are firm and the corners golden brown. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar, done.
Who is the world’s best cookie baker or the world’s best cookie baker? Grandma, buddy, workmate?
Incidentally, my other granny bakes the best house friends in the world, but at another time more. Now I wish you a wonderful day and send you my dearest Advent greetings,
