Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the hack in it until crispy. In the meantime, clean leeks and potatoes. Leek in thin rings, cut potatoes into small cubes.
Add the leek to the pan and fry for a few minutes, then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Enjoy.
