Anyway, I’ve fallen for the fast Bruschetta Chicken Pasta without restraint. I mean, what is not divine, please, of juicy balsamic chicken, tomatoes and pork stewed in olive oil and garlic, and a decent load of rocket? Just!

So. We are talking about spaghetti that are soaked in garlic olive oil and balsamic vinegar. In addition, we treat the pasta to stewed tomatoes, spicy rocket and a handful of basil for the taste of Bella Italia. Not to forget: The crispy-juicy Balsamicohähnchen. The delicious chicken, which gets the perfect taste quite uncomplicated by a brisk bath in good balsamic.

Hearty, spicy and damn good – try the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta! Tastes warm and cold and prepares perfectly.
Bruschetta Chicken Pasta
Portions : 4
calories per serving : 770 kcal
Chicken breast fillet
good balsamic vinegar + to taste
2 + 2
small red onion
Handful of Basil
- Salt and pepper
Chicken breast fillet Put in a large freezer bag. Cover with the balsamic vinegar and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan. Drain the chicken breast fillets and fry in the pan until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the packing instructions. Drain.
Once the fillets are even take out of the pan. To dice tomatoes. Add the remaining oil to the pan and garnish with garlic and onion for one minute. Add tomatoes and stew for a minute or two. Fold in noodles. Cut the basil into strips. Halve large Ruccola leaves. Lift under the noodles and season with salt, pepper and more balsamico.
