- vegetable stock. You could also wonderfully take your favorite broth. Beef broth suits, for example, pointed.
- Paprika powder. Ok friends, this is where the real magic of this recipe happens. Sweet Pepper Powder and This Smoked Paprika (RIGHT YUMMY!) Makes the pointed cabbage minced meat pan deliciously spicy, smoky and bombastic.
- Oil for frying.
- Natural yoghurt. A dollop of natural yoghurt on top and you are in heaven.

First you cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and fry the minced meat in a large frying pan.
Then add the cabbage and vegetable broth to the pan and let it bubble for 10 minutes until the cabbage is cooked. Finally, season with Paprika , salt and pepper and allow each serving a pinch of yogurt on top. And your dinner is ready!

small pointed cabbage
approx. 800 g
EL olive oil
Organic ground beef
- Natural yoghurt to serve
Pointed cabbage Wash, halve, remove stalk and cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry minced meat until crispy, then add cabbage and vegetable stock.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the cabbage is still a bit crunchy.
Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and enjoy with a dollop of natural yoghurt.
