Friends, Asparagus Caprese Salad with Basil Dressing ! Old Father !?
Crunchy, roasted green asparagus, colorful tomatoes and creamy-soft mozzarella balls. In addition, a deliciously tasteful basil dressing with plenty of fresh basil, fresh parsley, lemon juice and a little garlic.
Super easy, in 20 minutes on the table and perfect, if it should be light in the evening and still really delicious. Let’s do it!
Are you really into green asparagus? For me the green poles have definitely outstripped their big white brother.
Reason number 1 is probably the most important one: Green Asparagus does much less work . White asparagus we have to peel bar by bar. The green representative is enough if we cut off the woody ends. In the evening that will certainly save a quarter of an hour, which we can spend with other things.
Reason 2: I love the taste. A little tarter than the white asparagus, not so sweet but still exactly how asparagus must taste for me.
And then of course there would be reason 3, the preparation. Whether as in the baked potatoes with green asparagus, tomatoes and feta in the oven or as here from the pan, green asparagus is mega uncomplicated. And what could be better than uncomplicated vegetables? Just.
Okay, here’s the plan for the bombastic salad: you get a pound of good green asparagus, colorful tomatoes, mozzarella balls, basil, parsley, and a lemon. In addition to olive oil, Knobi and salt from the pantry and you can start.
Asparagus Caprese Salad with Basil Dressing – Here’s how it works
