20-minute Tzatziki Pasta Salad – Here’s how it works:
Monsieur Kochkarussell and I are relocating our dinner yes, like in the park around the corner. Since we no longer have a balcony, the Schrevi (Ahoi to all Kieler! See you;)) is regularly abused as an outdoor place to be.
I admit, we’re pretty straightforward. The one grabs the salad bowl and two spoons. The other one fishes a bottle of Vino, two glasses and leaves the Luzie. Once in the park, we extend our large, inconspicuous (NOT!) Pink-green checked picnic blanket and the great feasting can begin.
Apropro’s feasting. This salad. Holy Guacamole!
You need to know: I am a Tzatziki child. No visit to the favorite Greek around the corner, without a truckload Tzatziki. I mean, what’s better than this deliciously creamy dip? Refreshing, packed with juicy cucumber rasps and GARLIC. A lot of garlic.

1. Cook noodles and stir in tzatziki
First you cook a large pot of noodles. While the pasta is bubbling away, you grate a cucumber for the tzatziki and stir in quark, creme fraiche, garlic and cucumber rasps. The whole thing tastes with a dash of olive oil and neat salt and pepper.
Pasta done? Grande! Now you give the pasta to the tzatziki and wrapped the pasta with the delicious creamy sauce. If you are very strong, you put the salad in the fridge for a few hours. Then he can pull through properly. But completely among us: I’ve never managed to make me at least a small bowl. Just too delicious!

20-minute Tzatziki Pasta Salad

Creamy quark 20%
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Pasta according to the package instruction cook al dente.
In the meantime, grate the cucumber and place in a small bowl. Finely chop garlic.
Mix cottage cheese, creme fraiche and garlic in a second bowl. Add grated cucumber, season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
Mix the spilled noodles in a large bowl with tzatziki and tomatoes.
