20-minute Thai Shrimp Soup

Coconut oil or neutral oil
TK organic shrimp
boiling vegetable broth
- Fish Sauce
- Handful of cilantro
Garlic and Ginger peel and finely chop. Heat the coconut oil in a large saucepan and cook garlic, ginger and curry paste for a few minutes over medium heat.
Put the shrimp in the pot and fry until it is light and no longer glazed from all sides.
Douse with vegetable stock and coconut milk. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce to taste. Put the glass noodles in the soup and let it soften for a while.
Chop the coriander and enjoy with the soup.
